In social media, brands seem to have strong grasp on handling their Twitter and Facebook account but Instagram is still challenging for many giants.
But there are some brands like Burberry and American Express, mastered the use of all-picture platform when many companies fail as they use Instagram as their online catalogue to showcase their offerings.
Followers love to see inside images of their favorite companies which are not possible normally with any other media. Unlike several high-end competitors, Burberry, for example, uses its official account to publish stunning images of London, where it is based, and some of the photoshoot’s pictures from backstage. The brand posts special merchandise images, instead of loading up with pictures of clothing that are quite boring.
Well, retailers are not alone to excel at social media websites. There are some financial institutions, fast food chains and professional sports team mastered Instagram. They have been ranked as per the number of followers and they have excelled the platform.
